I spent one fun-filled week in
Chicago, Illinois during
the last week of August in 2009. It was a blast visiting my
cousin Raghav and hanging out with some of my friends in the Windy
City. These are some of the pics I took that give a sense of what
it was like to forget about my worries and enjoy everything in this
wonderful city.

My cousin, Raghav, and myself at Hopleaf, a cool bar/restaurant

Some pictures from Navy Pier, where we embarked on the architecture boat ride. My friend Mike is the picture above.

One
of the many amazing buildings we viewed during the architecture boat
ride through Chicago. I am grateful that the weather was so
wonderful during this day.

The reflections off of the buildings were great to see.

The Sears Tower and the NBC building, respectively. The Sears Tower was recently renamed Willis Tower.

Gotta' love
Harry Caray.

Some gorgeous views from the Sky Deck at the Sears Tower

A view of the lonely half moon from the Sky Deck

A view of the street buildings (and my feet) from the glass ledge of the Sky Deck

A view of the beautiful sunset from the Sky Deck at Sears Tower.

The sunset is so great, it demands another look as the sun goes down.

The
lobby of the Sears Tower with all of the flags of all the countries of
the world. At the time Chicago was bidding to be the site of the Summer
2016 Olympic games.
