The French side of the island is known to have the best beaches on St. Martin. This is a pic of one of those beaches.

Back on the Dutch side of the island.  I took this picture from my balcony after some slight rain.  It rains every day in Sint Maarten for approximately 15-30 minutes. Afterwards the sky is usually very sunny.  In this particular instance a rainbow appeared.
