This section is used to display unusual and/or provocative pictures I
have taken. Random pictures or cartoons that I didn't create will
be displayed here as well, as long as they fit into the "peculiar" or
"interesting" category . The most recently posted pictures will
appear towards the top. Yes, this part of my site represents the
weird side of me. It's also meant to have a light hearted feeling
as well. Enjoy!

Hospital
life is tough. This is the view from the window of Nassau
University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY. In short spending
the entire day in a dingy, grey county hospital is really depressing,
plus the view outside during the winter just exacerbates the
meloncholy. Notice the contrast to the view during the summer.

What
do Sexually Transmitted Diseases have to do with the auto shop?
"We do it right the first time." (!?) Luckily, I only got
an oil change here.

Taken on my very last late night adventure in Prague this advertisement
always intrigued me as I took the late night bus back home. (Yes, it's
the girl's ass that grabs my attention.)

Immediately following the U.S. presidential election of 2004 I returned
to my home state of Georgia in January 2005 to start my premedical
studies. I found this carved into one of the sidewalks at
the University of Georgia. Zell Miller was a former governor and
senator of Georgia. On paper he is a Democrat, but he endorsed
George. W. Bush during his "re-election" campaign. Also, Zell Miller
has been known to present himself as a borderline lunatic. You
can read more about him
here.

Yes, some idiot in Czech Republic decided to name his chain of antique stores after yours truly. *sigh*

This cartoon is humorous.

I guess this what they meant by "modern art." This interesting
piece of craftmanship was displayed in the center of Prague for many
months.

When I went to the U.S.A. vs. Ukraine world hockey match in Ostrava,
Czech Republic, I was thrilled to find other fans of the U.S. team.
Only thing is these ladies aren't Americans. If my memory
serves me correctly these ladies are from Slovakia. On top of
that none of these girls spoke a word of English. Folks, I can't
make this up.

An "f*art" store in Poland. Uh, huh, uh, huh, uh UH, Uh (mock
beavis and butthead laugh)

Advertisement I saw in Krakow, Poland. I don't understand what the text means.

You gotta love the subway ads in Mexico City! If I remember correctly this advertisement is for womens' shoes.
